Oak Shores

Oak Shores at Lake Nacimiento is a private, gated, recreational community that's just a two-hour drive from the Monterey Penninsula and two hours from Santa Maria in the south. Summer temperatures hover in the 90s, with the lake water temperature at a comfortable 70 degrees by mid-April.

There are 851 building lots at Oak Shores, which is nestled on 363 acres of rolling hills. All roads and streets are paved, and electricity, phone, water and sewer are underground.
